Christmas Tree

So putting up the Christmas tree has always been one of my favorite things to do. But now it's one of my favorite thing for a different reason, and that reason is Mia :) This year Chris and I put up the tree one night after Mia went to sleep. When she woke up and saw it for the first time, she said "wow" and just stared at it. It was so cute, she was afraid to get close or touch it. That didn't last long though…

Mia loves to lay under the Christmas tree.
It is the most adorable thing…

And then I turned my back for a few minutes…

Mia making off with an ornament…:)

Halloween

Having Mia be a monkey for Halloween was completely appropriate. This girl went from stumbling around to running around over night. She was so funny and loved saying "ah ah" as she ran around the house. I could not get her to sit still for a picture…

Clearly having to sit still for a picture was the
worst thing that ever happened to her.

Love these Halloweenies of mine!

Cambria and Ron's Wedding!

Finally isn't even a strong enough word. These two cuties have waited a long time to get married, and we couldn't be happier to see them together. Congratulations you two!

Mia's First Birthday!

Mia is such a fun, wild little one year old! She can take up to 5 steps all by herself, and she loves being more independent. She knows and can point to your nose, eyes, ears, and lips. She can tell you what the doggy, bear, and elephant say. A hug and kiss from this little angel is like winning the lottery! She does this adorable thing where sometimes I am busy cooking dinner or something and she will be holding onto my legs wanting me to hold her. I will tell her "Mia I can't hold you right now, sorry sweetie", and she will whimper and kiss my legs. Obviously this all ends with me holding her like she wants me to… who could possible resist such a thing?! I can't believe how lucky we are to have her in our lives.

 Sweetest little smiles!

Too precious...

Enjoying her peanut butter square birthday treat like only a one year old can…:):)

Could be twins.

My little weirdos…:)

Little wild one

Daddy's proudest moment.
