Halloween

Having Mia be a monkey for Halloween was completely appropriate. This girl went from stumbling around to running around over night. She was so funny and loved saying "ah ah" as she ran around the house. I could not get her to sit still for a picture…

Clearly having to sit still for a picture was the
worst thing that ever happened to her.

Love these Halloweenies of mine!

Cambria and Ron's Wedding!

Finally isn't even a strong enough word. These two cuties have waited a long time to get married, and we couldn't be happier to see them together. Congratulations you two!

Mia's First Birthday!

Mia is such a fun, wild little one year old! She can take up to 5 steps all by herself, and she loves being more independent. She knows and can point to your nose, eyes, ears, and lips. She can tell you what the doggy, bear, and elephant say. A hug and kiss from this little angel is like winning the lottery! She does this adorable thing where sometimes I am busy cooking dinner or something and she will be holding onto my legs wanting me to hold her. I will tell her "Mia I can't hold you right now, sorry sweetie", and she will whimper and kiss my legs. Obviously this all ends with me holding her like she wants me to… who could possible resist such a thing?! I can't believe how lucky we are to have her in our lives.

 Sweetest little smiles!

Too precious...

Enjoying her peanut butter square birthday treat like only a one year old can…:):)

Could be twins.

My little weirdos…:)

Month #11

It's unbelievable that next month our little munchkin will be 1!  Mia had all four of her top teeth come in at the same time this month!  She is such a champ; she never acted like it bothered her too much.  She can free stand for a few seconds.  She has started to get a little possessive of me and has been known to bite Chris when he is kissing or hugging me and worm her way in between us and push Chris away while we are snuggling. It's pretty unbelievable :) She says "hi", "bye", "ba ba"(bottle), "gee gee"(giraffe), "ila"(Lyla), and she can tell you that the monkey says "ah ah ah". :) She gives the sweetest little hugs and kisses.

Little ponytail hair :)

Mia loves eating in her new highchair so much!  Thanks so much Grandma Kim!!!

 Still loves bath time!

Loves the garden…

And wearing daddy out…:)
