Fourth of July

These cute boys started off the morning running a 5k for West Point city. Rhett got 1st place in his age group!

The 4th of July parade

We took the kids the the 4th of July carnival. It was so fun. Tessa climbed up this big bouncy house slide. I asked her multiple times if she was sure she wanted to do it (I was a little worried about her toe). She said she did, and she climbed up, and then changed her mind once she was at the top. I had Rhett run up to save her :) He was so cute carrying her down. He is such a sweet big brother and takes the best care of his sisters

Chris and Rhett waited in line to measure how high they jump in this fitness performance tent. They both did super great. We watched a bunch on people while they waited, and a crowd was kind of gathered around watching. When it was Chris's turn, he jumped and the whole crowd collectively gasped ha ha! He jumped significantly higher than anyone else, even a lot of high school and younger adult boys that had been trying during that time period. You could hear that the whole crowd was pretty surprised and impressed, and a younger high school kid even yelled out "can you dunk it?" Ha ha, it was pretty funny, and we're super proud of our man!

We ended the day with a BBQ and hanging out at my parents house. We got out the slide and slide and water bouncy house and everyone had a blast :)
