Several months ago, Chris had a client who was struggling with difficult things going on in his life, and Chris had mentioned to him some things that he believed about God and are taught in our church that help him. The client, whose name is Absalon, was comforted and interested in the things Chris shared. He had some missionary lessons and came to church a few times, and set a date to be baptized. After he had set his baptism date, some friends and family sent him quite a bit of anti-mormon material, and he changed his mind and canceled his baptism date. A few months later, when Chris and I were given to assignment to be in charge of the ushers at the Syracuse Temple open house, Chris felt impressed to call Absalon and invite him to come to the open house. Absalon agreed. He came and Chris walked through the open house with him. After they had walked through, he told Chris that being in the temple, he knew he was were he was supposed to be. He could feel it. He decided to start taking missionary lessons again and going to church. A few weeks later, he called Chris and told him he had been meeting with the missionaries and had set a date to be baptized. He asked him if he would be willing to baptize him. Chris said he would love to. <3 We are so grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ and how it blesses our lives and the lives of others.
The kids watched Zombies 4 and Reese was super excited to do her hair like Nova, a character in the show. :)

The girls watched another new show, K-pop Demon Hunters, and they wanted their hair like characters on that show, Runi and Zoey
Rhett:
Rhett was telling us a story about this kid he knows, and Mia was asking his name and what he looked like.
Mia- "What color was his hair?"
Rhett- "What do you mean?"
Mia- "Like black, brown, blonde?"
Rhett- "oh, like blackish brownish blondish."
Explaining to me that he has a goal this week to do this chores without being asked or after only being asked once..."Either once or nunce."
