It's hilarious how often Rhett comes upstairs from naps or in the morning all decked out in his batman gear.

These grandkids love to pile on whenever Grandpa turns on the tractor. It always reminds me of my childhood. I remember being little and loving tractor rides with my dad so much!

Mia took these pictures early one morning before we'd had a change to roll out of bed. I usually don't really know when she is taking them, and just find them on my phone later, but this time she was telling me to smile. She's just a little photographer.

Chris always makes this face when he's playing with the babies and making squeaking sounds at them. He may not appreciate this picture, but I LOVE that Mia captured something that is such a cute part of my baby + daddy memories of him.

 Rhett:

Rhett has called me "babe" a lot in the past few weeks. I love it and think it's so cute, and keep wondering how long I can let him keep doing it before it becomes weird ha ha!

He says "yes sir!" a lot lately and it's so cute!

Mia:

I heard Mia telling Reese as I walked by "That's your mom. She's the one I told you all about. She's the one who loves you the most and takes care of you." <3

While driving home one day, "Mom are you thinking what I'm thinking?" When I asked her what she was thinking she said "When we get home you should make me a quesadilla!"

One day she was asking me if I would ever be a grandma. I told her that when she grows up and gets married and has kids, then I will be a grandma. She said "That would freak me out. I never want to kiss a boy! Ugh! Gross! I would never kiss a boy unless he looks like my dad! I love you dad!"

"Mom I would do anything for my little baby brother."

While playing with her doll "I put the baby to bed. Mom I got some skills inside me."

Chris was teasing me about something and Mia piped in "If you mess with mom, you mess with us!"
